WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

1 can of garbanzo beans
Juice of 2 limes
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 cups of cilantro
4 scallions, diced
1/4 tablespoons of tahini
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of cayenne
1 teaspoon of salt

DIRECTIONS

In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients together until reaching desired consistency.

 

Chill prior to serving.

 

Serve with chips, pita bread, vegetables or as spread on a sandwich.
